This year's NCHN Leadership Experience provides both professional growth and leadership development opportunities for health network leaders. The annual event focuses on network leaders and leadership skills. The event is open to network leaders and senior level network staff.
 
Leadership Experience Objectives: Participants may expect the following through their engaged participation in the event: 
  1. Discussion of innovative products and services for networks determine the meaning of collaboration in NCHN networks
  2. Identification of the characteristics of intrapreneurial leaders
  3. Defining of the tools for creating a culture of innovation
  4. Designing of at least one new innovation product
  5. Sharing of tools and resources for network leaders
