In 2011, NCHN launched the NCHN Transformer Leadership Learning Community led by Dr. Mary Kay Chess. The program began with the Leadership Summit in Kansas City and follow up sessions were held via conference call.

 

Attendees of the Summit received a Leadership Transformation Workbook which contained nine units, which covered leadership development topics. The following NCHN Members completed the 1st year of programming:
