We talk about the performance of Networks and the need to report progress against goals. Landing performance may require an infusion of creativity, something NCHN explored in depth in 2018 through the Innovation Lab and the Leadership Experience in Kansas City. We learned that there are incremental approaches to increasing the innovation in peer groups, project teams or network boards. The process is engaging. The results can energize the group.
