Exhibit Opportunities

The 2014 NCHN Annual Educational Conference offers exhibitors multiple opportunities to meet conference participants. The Exhibit Hall is conveniently located in close proximity to the conference meeting space and all breaks during exhibit hours will be held in the exhibit area. A limited number of Exhibitor spaces will be available to vendors interested in meeting with NCHN members and exploring potential partnership opportunities with NCHN.  If you are interested in being considered as an exhibitor at the 2014 Conference, please complete the application form and submit the required deposit. 

Priority for exhibit space is given to NCHN Partners and if any remaining space is available, applications will be reviewed and additional exhibitors will be notified by May 31, 2014.  Find out more about becoming a NCHN Partner here.

s will be open Wednesday, June 18, 2014 through the morning break on Thursday, June 19, 2014; however, exhibitors are invited and encouraged to participate in the Networking Reception on Tuesday evening, June 17, 2014 and the Networking Event on Wednesday, June 18.   
We are happy to announce that the 2014 exhibit fees have remained the same as they have been for the past four years:

  • Non-NCHN Business Partner For Profit Organization: $800 (plus vendor’s gift)
  • Non-NCHN Business Partner Non-Profit Organization: $500 (plus vendor’s gift)
  • NCHN 2014 Silver Level Partner: $400 (plus vendor’s gift)
  • NCHN 2014 Gold Level Partner: No Charge (plus vendor’s gift)
  • NCHN 2014 Platinum Level Sponsor: No Charge (plus vendor’s gift)
  • NCHN 2014 Member Business Partner: No Charge (plus vendor’s gift)
  • Discounted Registration Fee: $375*

(*All exhibitors must register for the conference. Conference registration is not included in the exhibit cost. Exhibitors receive a discounted registration fee of $375.) Exhibit fee and registration must be paid by check and received no later than June 15, 2014.
