The Conference Planning Committee has organized the Conference agenda into three broad tracks that cut across issues network leaders deal with on a regular basis. Select the sessions that best meet your needs.

Network Management Track (NMT)

Leadership Strategies for Network Management: Managing a successful network is an exciting and challenging job.

Experienced Network Leaders will share strategies and tools that have assisted them in the management and growth of their networks.

Health Information Technology Track (HITT)

Health Information Technology is a broad term used in regard to several specific programs or activities in the healthcare field that utilize some form of technology. HRSA Rural Health Information Technology grantees will be sharing their HIT projects and activities that have been developed over the past three years.

Program Development Track (PDT)

Networks provide services, products, and programs that meet the needs of their membership.

Program Development is a constant and on-going function of a successful network. Conference presenters will be sharing some of their Best Practices in Program Development.
