The primary focus for our July chat will be: Creating Meaningful Evaluations. How do you know a new business line will succeed? When it comes to evaluation criteria, what are your key stakeholders looking for in monthly or quarterly reports? What are the most effective approaches and tools to use for collecting data? Thank you Lois for suggesting this critical topic. Come prepared to consider the value of evaluations and, other questions that may be top of mind.
