Exhibit at the Conference
Application Deadline: March 31, 2011
The 2011 National Cooperative of Health Networks Association (NCHN) Annual Educational Conference invites you to participate in “Beyond the 8 Second Ride: Strategies for Network Endurance.”
NCHN is a national nonprofit organization of health networks. Our mission is to support and strengthen health networks and alliances through collaboration, networking, leadership development and education.
We anticipate over 100 participants representing over 600 hospitals, physician offices, clinics and other healthcare entities. Also attending are representatives of other health care organizations, the Office of Rural Health Policy, Health Resource Service Administration (HRSA) and staff from other public, private, and federal agencies.
The 2011 NCHN Annual Educational Conference offers exhibitors multiple opportunities to meet conference participants. The Exhibit Hall is conveniently located next to the conference registration desk and the breakout session conference rooms. Exhibitor space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
- One 6’ skirted table, one chair, and identification sign
- Complete list of Conference participants
- A listing in the Conference program provided to all attendees
- Organization listing on the Conference Web site
- All exhibitors will be required to bring a “vendor gift” valued at $100 for raffle at the conference.
- Exhibitors will have an opportunity to introduce their company prior to the drawing.
Note: All exhibitors must register for the conference. Conference registration is not included in the exhibit cost.

*The Registration Fee covers meal costs for exhibitors and includes the following:

*Have more than 1 staff member representing your organization? The registration fee for each addtional staff member is $250 (regardless of Exhibitor Category). This covers meal costs. You will be able to add up to 3 staff members on the application form.

Tuesday, April 19

Full payment must accompany an application for exhibit space. Booth assignment will not be made without
receipt of payment. Cancellation of exhibit space must be received by the National Cooperative of
Health Networks prior to April 1, 2011, to receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee).
