A number of you are facing new changes to your network portfolio of products such as Lean Training or Health Insurance Marketplace Enrollments. These requests to participate in new product lines often mean you have a new customer base. We don't typically think about "network customers" and they probably haven't thought about a "network"! Let's examine these new requests through the lens of a customer! Who are they? What are they asking for and why? What would they consider "value" to look like? We'll also leave time for general questions. Call in details were delivered to your email boxes in the form of an Outlook invitation. Looking forward to the discussion on Wednesday’s Chat! |
