Leadership Learning Community Call - “Yes! Influence and Leadership”
Thursday, April 3 Time: 12:00 PM ET
Call-in Info: Distributed through Save the Date Notice
In April, we continue to explore the leadership required in complex times through the lens of influence. Suddenly, we need to create alignments and partnerships with new parties. We may or may not know them well. We may not fully understand their work in communities or within the state. However, for sustainability in the middle of chaos, exploring and considering options and building our ability to lead through influence is essential to our success. We'll check back in on how conflict can assist in creating innovation; we'll re-examine our personal leadership qualities; and then, we'll look at how we will build our leadership muscle around influence. Don't forget the opportunity in front of you for gaining traction around your 30 day (through April 25th) stretch goal!
April Coffee/Tea Chat
Thursday, April 17 @ 11 AM ET
Call-in Info: Distributed through Save the Date Notice
Welcome to our Coffee & Tea Chat in April with Dr. Chess. There is a reason there is a special designation for fools and laughter this month - laughter really is great medicine in times of stress. This work of building and sustaining networks is demanding. Yet, even in the middle of the heavy lifting and the brain strain, there is time for joy and laughter. So, we'll pose the question: Isn't this fascinating? This statement allows brave and willing leaders time to share something that is indeed fascinating around this engagement with community, state and national collaboration and change.
We'll also have room to pose the more serious questions if you have a need for a consultation on a specific topic. So, come prepared to exercise that other side of your network leadership - the laughter that can come from the unexpected and the entrepreneurial spirit that help networks thrive! |
