• Must sign a three-year contract with NCHN for Corporate Partnership status.
• Must pay $2,500 annually, for the period of the contract.
• If a national contract is developed between the Corporate Partner and NCHN and the annual revenues generated for NCHN are more than the Corporate Partnership fees for any given year during the term of the membership, the annual membership fee will be waived for the following year.

Benefits of becoming a Corporate Partner:

• One 15-minute presentation during the three-year contract (if upgrading from Conference Sponsor status, this counts as the presentation).
• NCHN home page link and access to NCHN member network's corporate office mailing address and e-mail address for program updates and marketing
• Long-term, ongoing business relationship with NCHN and its members.
• Assistance with marketing or implementing services to NCHN members.
• Listed on preferred vendor list, with notation distinguishing as Corporate Partner.
• Opportunity to provide a 5-minutes update on business activity (written or verbal) during NCHN Business/Board of Directors' meetings.
• Marketing material may be displayed on vendor table and/or booth exhibit space (if available) at conferences.
• Listed in conference brochures as Corporate Partner
• Could sponsor a conference for an additional $1,500

In order to be accepted as a Conference Sponsor, the following criteria must be fulfilled:

• Must not be an NCHN Network (voting) member
• Must pay $1,500 per conference.

Benefits of Conference Sponsorship include:

• May provide a 15-minute presentation (one conference only)
• Will be listed in conference brochure as a sponsor
• Marketing material may be displayed on vendor table and/or booth exhibit space (if available) at conferences.
• Includes one free conference registration
• NCHN reserves the right to hold a vendor fair should the number of sponsors giving presentations exceeds two vendors.

There are sponsorships available for each conference. If a company or network wishes to sponsor an event, the cost will be $500.

Benefits of Event Sponsorship:

• Name listed as a sponsor on the conference brochure
• Name recognition at meal being sponsored
• Marketing material may be displayed on vendor table
