Membership offers healthcare networks the opportunity for cooperative ventures among healthcare providers serving communities in the United States.

In order to qualify for Network Membership your organization must be a healthcare network.

Annual dues are based on the network's operating budget^*.

less than $250,000	$500 / year
$250,000 - $500,000	$750 / year
over $500,000	$1,000 / year

^* For the purpose of determining membership dues, "operating budget" is defined as revenue allocated for the operations of a member organization. "Flow through" accounts (accounts that do not add to the actual income/expenses of the member organization) should not be considered in determining the organization's NCHN membership dues.
